The real problem

Most families aren’t struggling with intelligence. They’re struggling with translation.

Parents and kids often feel like they’re speaking completely different languages.

Parent is saying
“Please just start.”
Student is thinking
“I want to… I just don’t know how.”
Parent is saying
“You forgot again.”
Student is thinking
“I know… and I already feel terrible.”

Sound familiar?

That’s because the gap usually isn’t intelligence, motivation, or caring. The gap is executive function — the space between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

Supercharge Your School Year helps close that gap with systems, support, and small wins that build over time.

💭 Think of this as a translator between parent intentions and student action.

A different school year

Imagine replacing this…
with this.

Last-minute panic
Simple systems
Household tension
Shared language
Constant reminders
Growing student ownership
Missing assignments & surprise grades
Fewer school-related fires
The framework

The Three Pillars

Systems. Support. Momentum. The arc of a calmer school year.

Systems

Most students don’t need more reminders. They need systems that work with their brain.

  • Sunday reset routines
  • Homework launch systems
  • Planning routines
  • Morning systems
  • Family check-ins
  • Focus strategies
  • EF tools that fit real life

The answer usually isn’t “try harder.” It’s “make it easier to begin.”

Support

Students are not expected to build the plan and create the accountability system entirely on their own. Supercharge provides a clear process to follow when they are planning, stuck, overwhelmed, or losing momentum.

  • Guided planning
  • Realistic prioritization
  • Stuck-task rescue
  • Focus support
  • Optional text reminders
  • Clear next steps

No live appointment required. Just structured guidance when they need it.

Momentum

The goal isn’t one amazing week. It’s enough momentum that school stops feeling like a constant reset.

  • Habit that holds on hard days
  • Wins that compound
  • Systems they can return to all year

More on that in a second…

How It All Comes Together

Everything you need to build school-year systems that actually stick, presented in a way that's approachable, realistic, and ADHD-friendly. Because nobody has time for a 37-step productivity system.

Video Training

Short, approachable lessons for students and parents. The training is practical, engaging, and ADHD-friendly, with separate student and parent perspectives so everyone can understand the systems without sitting through hours of content.

Family Alignment

Learn a shared way to talk about planning, follow-through, time, motivation, and overwhelm. Less nagging. Less confusion. More shared language, clearer expectations, and systems everyone understands.

Supercharge Sessions

Two coach-guided sessions help students plan the week and regain momentum when things start slipping. Students move through each session independently, with Danielle's guidance built into every step. There is no live call to attend and no camera required.

Coach-created. Student-led. Available whenever they need it.

Daily XP Tools

An evolving library of interactive ADHD-friendly tools for the moments that derail students most. Daily XP helps students get started, break down tasks, stay focused, plan realistically, and build momentum when knowing what to do is not enough.

Two guided resets

A Rhythm Students Can Return To

These are not live classes or another meeting to fit into the calendar. Each Supercharge Session guides students through a real planning or follow-through process, one step at a time.

Weekly Planning

Sunday Charge-Up

  • Clear out everything taking up mental space
  • Check the places assignments and responsibilities tend to hide
  • Identify what is urgent, heavy, or easy to miss
  • Build a realistic plan for the week
  • Start one small step before leaving the session

Best used Sunday, but available whenever the week needs a reset.

Follow-Through Reset

Mid-Week Momentum

  • Check what has moved and what is still sitting there
  • Rescue tasks that became confusing, overwhelming, or avoided
  • Choose one priority instead of staring at everything
  • Complete a guided focus sprint with optional music or ambience
  • Close the loop by checking whether the work was actually finished and submitted

Use it midweek, before a deadline, or anytime momentum disappears.

Self-guided and available on demand. Students move through each session privately, at their own pace, with coach-created prompts and guidance built in.

The goal is not to reinvent the wheel every week. It is to create a repeatable rhythm students know how to return to.

The Framework

A Family Operating System for ADHD

This isn't a course you watch once and forget. It's the operating system your family actually runs the school year on.

Get everyone speaking the same language, before the year starts.

Most of the tension isn't about effort. It's about everyone assuming something different.

  • Skip the “wait, I thought we agreed on this” fights before they start
  • One shared language between parent and student, not two competing ones
  • Set expectations together, not handed down from above
Optional accountability

A little nudge at the right time

Remembering to use a planning system is often the hardest part of having one. Students can opt in to receive simple text reminders for Sunday Charge-Up and Mid-Week Momentum, helping the routine stay visible without another parent reminder.

Reminders are optional and can be turned off at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

A quick heart-to-heart 💙

Parents… take a deep breath.

If you’re here, you’ve probably already done a lot.

You’ve reminded. Checked backpacks. Asked about homework. Tried planners. Bought organizational systems. Had the same conversation more times than you can count.

This program is not about fixing your child.

Your child is not broken.

This is about building systems that support a brain that’s still learning how to manage a lot of moving pieces.

Our goal isn’t perfection. Our goal is smoother.

Smoother mornings. Smoother homework. Smoother communication. Smoother school years.

And maybe… a little more peace in your house too.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Danielle.

"Why did I never see you doing homework?"

— Mom

"Your room looks like chaos moved in and decided to stay."

— Dad

High school was easy enough, honestly, mostly because I was juuuust smart enough to wing it and still show up looking fine.

Then college happened.

No one waking me up for the fifth time. No more coasting on showing up. I was holding onto out-of-state scholarships with both hands, and slowly realizing that "just try harder" was never the system I actually needed. I just didn't have a name for what I was missing yet.

It was executive function.

Years later, I would learn that many of the things I struggled with had names: time blindness, task initiation, overwhelm, perfectionism, and all those invisible skills nobody explicitly teaches.

Now, as the founder of Carolina ADHD Coaching and a certified ADHD coach, I don't just teach this stuff. I've lived it.

Everything I wish someone had taught me.
Everything I see every single day working with students and families.

My goal isn't to create perfect students.

My goal is to help families build systems that make life feel smoother.

Less panic.

Smoother for all involved. ;)

Lynne E.

"He just felt stuck in everything, overthinking, not prioritizing. He said to us, 'I know I want to do certain things or have to do certain things, but I just can't start.' Coaching changed that by helping him activate, break down projects into manageable steps, and overall improve his life."

Tony C.

"I cannot express enough how helpful Danielle at Carolina ADHD Coaching has been. This has been the most beneficial experience for our entire family, really. Sometimes executive function doesn't come naturally and needs to be taught."
